Founder Hamza brings years of experience in the food industry, with a background owning restaurants in Syria. His approach to food is rooted in hospitality, community and bringing people together around honest, flavourful cooking.
 

Inspired by vibrant Middle Eastern flavours, every dish at Vibes is made fresh using thoughtfully sourced ingredients wherever possible. Many of our ingredients come directly from the Dorchester Market held every Wednesday, helping support local producers and seasonal cooking.
 

At its heart, Vibes is about creating a warm, welcoming space where people can slow down, eat well and enjoy good company.
